Master Sergeant Cedric King entered the United States Army in 1995. During his 20 year career, Master Sergeant King proved himself to be an exemplary soldier graduating from several distinguishing schools in the Army, including but not limited to: the United States Army Jumpmaster Course, United States Army Pathfinder course, Air Assault course, and The United States Army Ranger Course. He is the recipient of the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Meritorious Service Medal and the Legion of Merit.

New Heart of Texas Ministries is comprised of four unique programs, each dedicated to healing and each unique to specific types of trauma or emotional issues. The ministries range from healing after abortion, to first responders, law enforcement, and military, active duty and veteran suffering from PTSD, to the wounds of abuse. We also support one of the nation’s prominent emergency after abortion helplines.

Grief to Grace
Grief to Grace-Healing the Wounds of Abuse is an internationally recognized spiritual and psychological journey offered to anyone who is suffering from the violation, trauma, degradation, and lasting effects of sexual, physical, emotional, or spiritual abuse.
Duty to Heal
Duty to Heal is an expedition to end the anguish and isolation from the past. After the retreat, participants will continue their journey and receive support from their healing community.

This retreat for me was surprisingly needed. I came to support my wife and left feeling blessed and delivered. I found out that God wanted me to heal from the same trauma that my wife experienced.
