All of your donations are 100% tax deductible. Our current development needs include the following: 

OPERATING COSTS:
Insurance: $3,000 Brochures, website, advertising: $20,000 

SPONSORING A RACHEL’S VINEYARD (2 DAYS):
The cost of each retreat is $3,000 which includes lodging, food and other related expenses. The average cost per participant is $300.  

GRIEF TO GRACE RETREAT (5 DAYS): 

Scholarships for Grief to Grace Participants: $600 – $1,500 Food for Grief to Grace: $3,000

New Heart of Texas Ministries was founded to provide lay counseling, hope, and healing to those who have experienced trauma resulting from abortion, sexual, physical, emotional, and spiritual abuse.  The cornerstone of our ministry is Rachel’s Vineyard, a widely recognized abortion recovery healing retreat. New Heart of Texas Ministries provides our Rachel’s Vineyard Retreats at no charge.  We believe that everyone, regardless of their financial status, should have the opportunity to experience the life-changing results of Rachel’s Vineyard Retreats.

Grief to Grace is the program for Healing the Wounds of Abuse. This retreat is a specialized 5-day spiritual and psychological healing program for anyone who has suffered sexual, physical, emotional, or spiritual abuse in childhood, adolescence, or adulthood, including those who are the victims of rape, incest, or abuse by a member of the clergy. Our retreat is a process for helping victims of abuse to discover spiritual healing and transformation. Due to the length and complexity of this retreat, New Heart of Texas Ministries will need to charge a fee to participants who wish to attend. However, your donations can help us provide scholarships for participants who need healing but cannot afford the fee to attend.

Duty to Heal- finding peace for a soldier’s heart is a retreat developed for military veterans and first responders recovering from emotional wounds related to their service, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This retreat is relevant for first responders and health care workers during these challenging times when they have been put in harm’s way and often have to make critical life and death decisions while trying to protect their health and safety.
